If your submission is approved, you’ll work with Spark Hire staff as we edit, design, publish, and promote your post.

How It Works

Review & Collaborate

We’ll review your submission and provide feedback. We'll work with you to refine it or let you know if we need to pass this time. If for some reason it doesn’t work out, you retain your content. We won’t publish it. 

Launch & Share

If your content passes through the editorial process, we'll communicate the date it will be tentatively published, and follow up with a live link. Once your post is live, we encourage you to share it with your networks! We’ll promote it on our social media accounts, through email campaigns, and possibly in our newsletter.

  • External links will not be published unless they direct to relevant tools, apps, or supporting research (less than 2 years old or most recent) that is valuable to HR, hiring, and recruiting professionals.
  • Spark Hire does NOT accept content promoting, linking to, or written by paid writing services (like resume or essay writing companies) or AI organizations.
  • Spark Hire reserves the right to edit or reject any guest post.

  • Keep the best SEO practices in mind when writing your post. When submitting your post, you will be required to enter your SEO keyword(s). Spark Hire reserves the right to reject posts containing bad SEO practices (i.e. keyword stuffing, excessive hyperlinking).
  • You will be required to submit a brief author bio and headshot for your post.
  • You may submit one link (website or company social platform) you would like linked in your author bio.
